Launderette

It's time for this laundry to close-up shop the owner is deaf and and they damage people clothes and refused to own their mistakes. I will never use their dry cleaners again. They damage my expensive garment and expect me to pay for, anyway I can sleep at night with a clear conscience. CAN YOU?

I use this place 3 time a week for my Airbnb linen cleaning. I find this real value for money never been disappointed.

I came in to this launderette in the evening and immediately felt unwelcome as the lady behind the counter looked as though she wanted to shut up early. The machine I chose to use accepted £1 coins as well as 20p's I asked for help on how to use the machine to which the lady hung up her mobile phone and angrily asked me why I was putting 20p's in as it only takes £1 coins, I explained it accepted them, to which I was tutted at and left to workout the machine myself. Expensive at £4 a load and rude customer service, I shall not be returning!

I went here to get some trousers taken up with the alteration service that they offer, at a cost of £12.

I wore the trousers ONCE then I washed them and the hem came down on one of the trouser legs, only 2 weeks after they had been sewn up by this business.

I went back to show them the poor workmanship that had been carried out and to ask for the hem to be redone as a courtesy.

The lady I spoke to refused to redo the trousers free of charge. She explained that it would cost me another £6 to get them fixed despite the fact that it was due to poor workmanship on their part!!!!

I asked to speak to the manager, he was unavailable so she took my number and assured me the manager would ring me within a week to resolve the situation.

I have now been waiting 3 WEEKS and no one has called!!

I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN! THEY DO VERY POOR QUALITY ALTERATIONS AND DO NOT FIX THEM WHEN THEY GO WRONG!!!
