When will this place be open? The residents of Purley and environs don't have a leisure centre anymore.

I rang 020 8668 7251 at 11.10 am . No one is answering.
I even went for the meeting organised by our MP to reopen this swimming pool. I was shocked to see website showing opening hours for every day.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHETHER
