We had an horrible experience with Black Katz. We rented a one bedroom flat and the bad customer service started with delays in the paperwork to prepare the contract, it took 2 weeks to get references and even at last minute things were not ready. On the move in date everything was such bad conditions that the flat was acceptable to live in, all the terms and conditions written in the contract have not been respected (new furniture, professional cleaning, renovation).
I will discourage everybody I know to use Black Katz, the worst customer service I received in my life.
