They provide very reliable service and good and friendly drivers so far. Reasonable price. I have used esskay cabs 3 times so far in past 4years for my commuting to Heathrow Airport and back home.

We booked for an airport pick up from our home to Gatwick at 4am and at 3:50 they called up to cancel the booking claiming the driver was in an accident. Meaning we had to book a new cab at a premium and difficult to find at 4am that will come soon so we didn’t miss our flight

I wouldn’t use this company they are unreliable.

I booked from this company for airport transfer to the hotel. Not only was the car there on time to pick me up but the driver was also very helpful in picking up my luggage and guided me to some good spots in the city. Over all the ride was comfortable and good for the price.

Never showed up nor refund. Even a single star is too mich

I called the company 3 times to confirm that they would collect my brother, his wife and 2 kids from Gatwick airport and bring a baby seat.

First the driver did not meet them at the Arrivals. When asked he said that he was driving about to avoid paying the parking charge?!

Then he did not call my brother to even tell him this so how on earth was he supposed to pick them up?!

Finally he turns up and he says he doesn't have a baby seat so they can't even use the cab!!

I call the office and the woman in the office just didn't care at all. She literally said to me "Sorry - these things happen."

2 tired kids, 2.5 hour train journey instead and the most rubbish apology.

I told them I was going to publish this fair review of them and they said they don't care.

To add insult to injury the company says it will take over a week to get a refund as this is company policy. WHAT. A. JOKE. DO NOT HIRE A CAB FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FU

Very professional service - on time, car in good condition, nice driver. Highly recommend.

They're always late, the drivers never ring you when they're here and so they just drive off thinking you have no fair. The drivers themselves are nice but the office is a nightmare and disorganised they don't communicate with their drivers. You'll be waiting for up to half an hour after the time you were meant to leave because they never send the cabs on time.

After booking cab - got text with info re:pick-up & drop off points & price of ride. Then another text with description of car & registration number. Quick service.

Useless - booked a taxi.. 20 minutes late, rang to ask where it was, was told I'd be rung back when they'd checked where the driver was - never rang back. When I rang again they were hopeless so I cancelled booking.
