This is one of the worst cab companies I have ever used. Unfortunately my place of work has a contract with this company to provide out of hours transport for employees. Their service is regularly poor. One occasion recently, and this is not an isolated incident, I had requested a cab and was told the wait would be 25minutes, 25minutes later I phoned and was told no booking had been made; I eventually got into a car 50minutes after my original booking which is frankly ridiculous. Work colleagues have had similar experiences. If you have other options, do not pick this company!

I have been using this car service for years! This year they have been abismal! They arrive late, their operators don't know where your driver is / what car he's driving!!! We requested a car a day in advance for a 4pm pick up, the car arrived at 4.30. During our wait I called the operator about 3 times and apart from the last phone call (all international calls if I may add) no one knew what car / driver name etc. The second time we asked for a 7.30 am pick up to the airport, the drive tribes at 7.50!!!! We have a plane to catch! I'm very disappointed in their services this year! Doubt I'll be using them again. Thank God for UBER!!!

I booked them via kabee and paid via card online upfront. They arrived early and called 15min before. No problem with waiting. Driver was polite. I had no problem except that i had to take my luggage myself from the back coz driver was not bothred to get out of car. After all review i red i doubt i will use them again.

At first I really liked this cab service, but the last few months every single time I try to book a cab they never have any cars, no matter the time or place! And I book cabs often. I just can't believe a cab form never ever has any cabs. I think maybe they need to employ more drivers?

Shocking treatment. They seem to think that everyone is drunk if getting a taxi late and will therefore pay outrageously increased fayres from what they are quoted on the phone. Driver was clueless and then when I refused to pay the massively inflated cost decided it was a good idea to say 'you're just wasting my time now and they'll take it from my pay if you don't pay what they ask so you should not feel ok about that'. So rude and they threatened me to the point I just paid and would rather walk next time. Cannot stand rudeness and they seem to be the founders of it. Use anyone else!

Terrible customer service, very rude over the phone, change their prices all the time without any logical reason, don't care if they lose customers, either late or too early. Would absolutely not recommend and will never be using them again!!

Worst cab company I have ever used! They were 1 hour late for my booking! As I wasn't in the rush I didn't mind to wait but when it took too long I rang the company and a very rude man replayed that my cab was cancelled and they were struggling to find cars in my area and when I questioned why nobody contacted me about it he did hang up on me! The price is also always different from what the app says and the driver usually ask you for more money! Will never use it again!!

I have used Swiss cottage cars for 2 years and thought they were ok. However today I got an extremely aggressive driver who was so rude and so abusive that I refused to get into his car. It's a problem when a paying client is treated in such a way! I really think they should review who they are employing as no one wants to pay to be abused. I shall not be using their services in the foreseeable future.

They are cheap for a reason. Always late or too early. Am in a car now which turned up 20 mins late and the driver had a massive row at me full of 4 letter words as i mentionned he was late. The operators just hang up on you if you complain, the price is never the same as charged by the driver. He once charged me £7 for a cash withdrawal! I have felt threatened and verbally abused a number of times and even had money thrown back in my face (with much force). I dont understand how they can still operate and am going to look up the name of the authority to contact!

We have been loyal customers for 3 years. This evening they refused booking because my wife wanted to take 3 IKEA bags to her office and they felt a regular car was not adequate. The agent was very rude and they have now lost our business.

The worst cab company in north London ive had 2 really bad experiences with them the 1st a few years back where they left me waiting outside in the rain with a baby for a hour and a half and just kept saying 10 mins 10mins and then tonight they wouldn't put a bag of shopping in the car coz there not allowed to carry luggage or drive across the car park of the 02 centre nw3 to pick me up all there controllers are ignorant they don't care about your money or keeping a service and they told me to basically **** off it's not there problem I think this attitude towards customers in this day and age with the way things are is disgusting I would never use this company again and I suggest you don't I'm actually thinking of starting a anti-Swiss cottage cars website/Facebook this company should not be allowed to operate again!!!!

I used this company services a few times, the quality of the drivers are gone down hill:
on August 1, 2011 a driver should take me to to a place near Brent Cross Shopping Centre but he lost in the residence area and his TomTom wasn't working then he asked me to get out of the car in the middle of the traffic light in Hendon Centre - and he's so angry with me ???? A driver can not find the destination and angry with the passenger???

I called to Swiss Cottage Cars to make a complaint about above mentioned driver and guess what I get: Mr Faheed showed no any interest in listen to me and even said: I am in the lunch break, would you like to be disturbed in your lunch break Madam?" I said to him: no wondering your service quality have gone so bad, in my company, any phone call from customer is more important then anyone's lunch break"

DO NOT use this company's service, drivers are rude and say indecent things to passengers, further more, if the operator quotes £10 then the driver will ask £13(it happened many times)

I contacted these people about two weeks ago to get some pricing. On their web site they told me it would cost 43 pounds. The first time I called to check their prices they told me it would cost 28 pounds. When I call back to make the booking they told me it would cost 33 pounds.

Unphased by this, I decided to contact them and set up an account. I sent three emails over three days. They did not respond to a single one. The fourth email they finally got back to me with one sentence and a credit application that I had to mail back in. For a company who claims good technology, having to mail an application by post seems strange.

Today I tried to call them to actually make a reservation. I've called 4 times from 10 AM to 10:30 AM and noone has answered.

If they treat new customers this poorly, I shudder to consider how they treat existing customers.
