We ordered a cab for emergency appointment, got told 15 minutes max ,20 minutes later phone back have to wait another 20 minutes, missed my emergency appointment, lame excuse, avoid avoid

Have used this company on various occasions over the years but very disappointed with my latest booking.
I needed to get to Westfield bus station for a 2am coach. Booking made a week or so before.
The cab turned up 5 minutes late. I had locked up & waited outside & he drove by looking lost. Also phoned the office but could not understand operator very well.
Did not help me with luggage or open boot so had to drag it into back myself. I gave him most of directions although accidentally took slight detour to International station.
Got to coach with minutes to spare. He pulled up on other side of road past it, did not help me to get luggage out either.
In view of my concern in missing bus & fact I didn't have the right money ending up not asking for change but would not have tipped him otherwise.
