I had to get an outfit for a wedding. First it was incorrect. Wrong material. They were given 7 to 10 days to fix it. No communication from them. All chase up you have to do. No updates. It took them till the end of twelfth day for me to collect.
Within half an hour of the shop closing when you are an hour away in normal traffic.
They refused to accept that they did not keep the promise made and made all sort of excuses.
The staff have a huge responsibility to sell but when it comes to issues it is never them, always the factory or delivery driver etc.
Despite a good range I have lost faith in them keeping any promises.

The staff members are very rude. I used to be a regular on normal occasions and they used to be nice..it's during the rush hour while eid shopping I realised their services in pressure is pathetic. They put wrong size pajamas with kurta and when asked for exchange they ask why didn't we check it. We'll why didn't they put it right when they put them on the hangers. That's them losing one customer and I would recommend anyone going there.

These ppl are so rude and when you are there they will try and convince you to buy a sari by saying nice things and also saying you can change it if you change your mind but if there's a problem forget it.
They will knock you down with rudeness
