I bought a battery to top up my phone. There were several on offer at different prices. The person who served me upsold me to the more expensive Belkin battery because he said it was the only one that was charged and said it didn't have a cable. I bought the battery and cable. I found out later when my phone was on red that the battery wasn't charged and it did include a cable. I had spent £44. I don't think the staff at Vodafone are very knowledgeable.
