Dockland Nails

Had my nails done there today and i asked the lady fr very squared pointy edges squared and she was just not taking on board what i was asking for, i also have my nails quite long but both of my thumb nails are now extremely short and i just HATE my nails.... the colour isnt great either, a few scruffy bits and overlay lines visible around the edges, second time going there and i wont go again and i will not refer people, over priced for what they offer, the only good thing i guess is that they are polite! so disappointed and will now have to go elsewhere and fork out again to fix them.

I asked for an appointment at 1pm for a manicure and pedicure which was given to me for 5pm. Although this was a long wait, it looked busy so i decided to wait for the appointment rather than look elsewhere. When I arrived for my appointment, it was clear that they had forgotten about the appointment as I had to wait 15 mins to be seen. At that point I was surprised that two people would be doing my mani and pedi at the same time. This was very uncomfortable and the woman doing my mani was extremely rude. I was tossed the colour chart but was tutted at and my fingers pulled when I wanted to check which colours I wanted. They seemed surprised that I might need to use my hands to look at that three rings of colours. They were all talking in their language and the lady doing my pedi actually cut my cuticles so I was bleeding. It was the antithesis of relaxing. I tried to complain but the manager was also very rude. Will never go there again. Do not part with your money or waste your time.

Needed nails done on short notice. Asked for round nails on my acrylic nails and ended up with off-centre oval nails which have far too thick acrylic on them. Staff member was rude when I pointed this out (grabbing my hands and saying "no they are round"). During pedicure, cut my natural nails too short - almost to the nail bed - which looks ugly and uneven and left sides long on big toe which could lead to ingrown toenails. Overpriced for skill of staff, time taken and materials used. Thankfully I have my regular nail shop which will rectify this! Would not recommend.
