This place is awful! Do not use. Cut my daughters fingers... she came out bleeding. When I complained they said no refunds and put the phone down. Awful customer service. All talking in their own language and laughing at customers. Called a customer fat whilst my daughter was there. Disgusting human beings! This place may be cheaper than others but please do yourself a favour and pay a few pound more! Two nails fell off within a day and then all came off within a week! The worst nails I have ever seen!

Terrible experience, not relaxing at all. They failed in offering all the services as advertised. The nail technician was talking on the phone and didn't realise he soaked one hand and started on the other without soaking it at all. He did a poor job on my cuticles. The flyer said it came with hand soft and a massage but I was told the flyer is wrong. He didn't offer me a discount for false advertising. I had to ask for the hand massage. Getting a nail treatment should be about the person receiving it and not make them feel they are being pushed out the door as quick as possible.
