We Love Nails

I have been coming here for ages to have gels. I have been pleased and never had cause to complain before. However, recently they didn't do a good job and there were bits of skin left around my nails and it started to come off after just over a week. I went back two weeks after having it applied to show them and they were not sympathetic at all and said I would have to pay to have them done again. I thought it was an isolated case and they had just had a bad day so paid to have it re-applied. Only one week later the gel started to come off from one nail again. I went back to show them and had to sit and wait for ages before they re-applied that one nail - again with no apology whatsoever and being rather off! Now once more it has come off after a week and I definitely will not be going back to them. You only truly find out how good/nice they are when you have a complaint and they failed miserably and hence have lost my custom!

I have been coming to We Love Nails for over 2 years and am very happy with their service. I do suggest to pre-book as they get very busy, but surely the sign of a good salon? At times it can get a little busy but the girls are always apologetic. This is not the salon if you are looking to chat, have a cup of tea etc. This is an in and out job and to be honest - i find this refreshing as i don't want to be telling my everyone my life story every 2 weeks. They have a fantastic nail colour selection and for on/off shellac/gels for £20 plus a loyalty card, you can't go wrong.

This nails salon was great. I needed a place that was open on Sunday, and this is the kind of service I needed. Very clean salon. They were very friendly as soon as I came in. Although I had to wait 5 minutes for my appointment. They really care about doing a good job, and you can tell they are experts. The products used are good quality (OPI, CND Shellac, ect).

Nail techs are friendly and did my nails very nicely. I would definitely come back for my gel manicure.

Beyond rude

As a client I was ignored, ordered about spoken to sharply, spoken over,rudely dismissed and interrupted when I began to make an enquiry, cut off mid sentence. A simple "please" is certainly not to be expected!
This was my second experience there and it was the same both times.
Essentially, everything that has been previously stayed in the previous review is correct

Such a shame, this nail shop started so well..Good customer service, nice environment, pleasant staff, refreshments etc but as time has gone on it has turned into a "typical" nail shop. Staff speak across you in thelanguage, refreshments are no longer offered,nail advice is not given, the shop is not cleaned as one would hope and most importantly customer service has seriously deteriorated. Staff are simply rude. They have become arrogant as they are now very busy. I will not return to this shop and the owner should seriously reevaluate her staff

Having gone to several nail salons locally, none compare this establishment. They are quick and efficient. Huge choice of colours. The nails that walk out of here are perfect. Very busy place, so really it's best to book. I love getting my nails done here, and being someone who is naturally fussy, I have never been disappointed or felt ripped off in anyway. The prices are reasonable and the staff take pride in their work. I'm just lucky they are local to me.
