Had a really awful experience today with a very rude technician.
Was my second visit as was happy with her work 1st time although she was miserable then but her work was good .
On this occasion I asked her to adjust one nail which initially she refused but her senior came and asked her to do it … took no time to adjust but was could see she wasn’t happy .
After I paid her she refused my tip money and told me not to use her again .
I was in shock , manager did nothing . I will NOT be going back .
