Crystal Nails 4U

I went to this salon four times. The first time, the colour I wanted wasn't as expected as the palettes are not true (a little faded) so I would advise choosing a colour either side of the one shown on the palette. The third time, my gel nails started chipping after two days so I had to go back for them to be re-done. On this last visit, I specified very clearly that I didn't want my nails filed as they had been done literally a few days before and I was trying to grow them, also that I didn't care they were different lengths. Linh said don't worry, I'll just file a little. She then proceeded to remove all of the past six weeks growth I'd accrued! Now my nails are short so I have to start again. I will never go back. It's a true violation to ignore a paying customer's wishes and to just do what you want to do on someone else's body. I was fuming, still am after 24hrs! Avoid.
