Love the new look and frames went when it was Dollond and Aitchison ,staff are warm and attentive, my glasses were delivered on time , hard to get appointment cos its always so booked up so book way in advance as they are very busy, but once in they really look after you

So convenient to have this store in clapham, the staff are very friendly,welcoming and you never feel rushed or pushed , no sales patter, I especially like how they help you choose the right styles glasses for you. I took my son for his first eye test and he loved it! Very knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful and professional manager and optician also helped my mum who had previously been to specsavers and was given the wrong glasses, my mum left feeling really cared for . basically if you are looking for a warm, local and community feel opticians go to boots in clapham.A*!

The staff are all quite friendly, however this is the worst organised opticians I have ever been to. They were constantly cancelling and changing my appointments and didn't write basic things down in my notes which resulted in me needing more appointments. Very frustrating if you're trying to fit it in around work! Would not recommend.
