4.45pm 06/01/2010 tried to contact on 0208 460 4944. Pressed option on auto answer phone only to be ignored and go through options again and again. I held on for operator after 5 minutes was given message to ring a different number for advantage card even though I was phoning for opticians! I tried 0208 464 0231 and went through whole experience again! 20 minutes later no one has answered the phone so I hung up.
