Tortoise currently in store in filthy cage with no food. Rabbits kept in tiny cages. Disgusting.

Seem to know a lot about animals which is good although they don't know everything. I myself am an experienced ferret owner I went down there to purchase a cage which I take apart and rebuild, done many times. The lady in the shop was extremely rude to me and actually said I wouldn't sell this to you if you bought a ferret from us, she then said I ask u not to put those animals in the cage as ferrets are floor dwellers and cannot be in cages that go up, which is nonsense,not only that she didn't know my intention with the cage nor did she ask. Then put not refundable on my receipt

They have great range of bird/budgies accessories and food. Very good cages too!

Assistant Rebecca proved to be very knowledeable about my problem with cat fleas. She saved me wasting money on unsuitable products and carefully explained which treatment was best. I was very impressed with her knowledge.
