The Pet Shop

I take my small dog to get some affection from the people who work in the shop. They always do a thorough job when I take teddy for a new shampoo and cut. He always comes back to me looking stunning

just phone up, and the lady? who was so rude. as I just ask her a question, thank for that, would not be coming there again.

Although I have mixed feelings about pet shops, we all like pets, so we need a pet shop. I had found some fish in a tank, dumped, so I could not walk away ( I hauled the tank home) I went to this shop and initially got some food and was pointed to the right food. I went back as I had some issues being a beginner. The Lady was very helpful and informative and empathetic and gave me some good advice. She even took some goods I had selected and said I don't need that and put them back on the shelf! (I was Very Impressed) who avoids making sales?
That was good, something I rarely see in all walks of life.
There seems to be a huge amount of staff, giving me the impression it is a big family operation which is nice.

Literally best pet shop I have been to in along time.
Bought a kitten there recently and the lovely girl who served me was a full of knowledge, and gave me very detailed instructions and advice. Insisted I kept In touch and begged for photo.

Loved the service

Run by 16 years olds, loads of them. Poor service. Felt like I was invading a youth club, change dropped into my hand like I was diseased. Stock variety was great. Be warned if you don't want to see kittens stuck in small cages.

This pet shop has been one of the best if not the best I have visited. The shop remains clean as do the animals. The staff are always brilliant and never make you feel silly when asking question but are always happy to reply and answer Anything. I have brought chipmunks here aswell as a kitten and have to say the girls are absolutely amazing, noticeably a happy team willing to chip in and give there advice in any case.
Overall no negitive comments to say.

I find this shop amazing, it has responsible staff whom I witness decling a sale because they weren't convinced the individual could handle the pet, the shop is clean and staff are always in hand to help. It's amazing, as I'm not a fan of pet shops yet the care these people have for the animals seems to be second to none, looking after all the animals to the best standards.
Bought my fish tank and the man was even kind enough to deliver it for me as well as test my water to make sure it's safe.
Overall. Brilliant.

See. I've found the staff here OVER helpful. They've gone out of their way to help me. I bought my son a baby snake from here last year- when it escaped, I asked the shop for advice, they reassured me he would turn up & threw in a free lock for his cage. My snake is very healthy and has a lovely temperament. The quality of the animals here are impecable and the customer service amazing. I often visit to buy mice and the staff always enquire about how were getting along with Jake (The snake). Big thumbs up

This pet shop is TERRIBLE! Everyone I know who has brought something from this shop the animal has had something wrong with it.
I brought two fish from there on a Friday and on the Sunday one had died. My friend got 12 fish and they all died a week later.
