An official investigation of this office needs to be done. Missing post, damaged post, no postman for days sometimes weeks. No one answers the office phone ever. They're incredibly rude when you visit this place.
I can't believe this sort behaviour has been allowed to go on for so long.
A mystery employee needs to be planted in the branch.
