The worst post office in London. The lady on counter is so rude. I used to go that post office because it was near my houses. But now I use the bus to go another post office because I don’t like to go there to see the lady because most of the time she works. I think lots of people have the same experience like me from the that person.

This post office is one of the worse in the UK. 90%of the time only one counter is operating. The remaining two counters are are always closed. Some one can fix this issue please. As this is an on going problem for years.

I wouldn’t recommend this post office. The Man who works here is very rude. He will never greet the customers, no hello no please & no thank you . Even no response when we say thank you. Always trying to charge extra by selecting wrong postal charges.
They always ask people to give good reviews to hide the bad reviews. But this the truth. They are rude, and bad customer service and there is nobody to question them

There is no problem with rude staff here, just a small number of rude, impatient customers. I have been shocked by the rudeness and aggression that the staff here have to endure. I am there most days and have witnessed them handle the public with politeness and professionalism under sometimes difficult circumstances as queues can be large and demand for their attention and service high. They are a credit to the service

Fantastic, friendly, efficient service. I use post office for my business post so I am in most days. I have always found the Post Office staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and they go out of their way to deliver the best service. Nisha and Pete handle the long queues and very busy times with efficiency, professionalism and politeness. They are always brilliant with my kids too - a real community Post Office that is a pleasure to visit

I visit the post office every week although the queues can be long both Nimisha and Pete are always efficient, so you never wait more than 5/6 minutes.

In my opinion reviews I'd have to strongly agree the post office staff very help full . I find, and always have, the staff in the post office to be extremely kind and even going above and beyond their normal requirements. I would strongly recommend the use of this service and I am thankful that the Post Office and Staff are still there supporting the local community.

On happening on these reviews I'd have to strongly disagree with the majority. I find, and always have, the staff in the post office to be extremely helpful and even going above and beyond their normal requirements. There have been times, Covid, where the opening times and access have been a tad disjointed but I firmly believe that this should be the least people expect in what are very confusing times for us all. I would strongly recommend the use of this service and am thankful that the Post Office and Staff are still there supporting the local community.

Shop staff incredibly rude and unhelpful. Post office closes hours at a time when it should be open and no one knows when it will be open

I agree with Emma's comments about how rude the staff are in this post office (one in particular). If there was another one closer to hand I would definitely use it in preference to this branch.

I always have a hard time in this post office branch. People there are rude and they always make your life difficult. Never had a good experience in that place. I don't know how people like that can run a post office. Seriously. If I could give a minus star rate, I would.

Awful post-office, constantly closed even without prior warning. Have many times walked all the way to this post office to find that its randomly closed. Not even any suggestion to when it will open again, staff at the front of the shop never seem to know. This is very annoying especially when you important letters to send. This post office should not even be allowed to be run
