Absolutely disgusting service. I have never been more let down and my business has directly suffered because of it. The manager wouldn't even talk to me on the phone, even though he was obviously in the shop. I went in on the Friday, placed my order and was given a quote. Went in the next Tuesday to confirm everything, spoke to someone else who did confirm my order and paid. On the Thursday, the day before I was supposed to pick my order up, I got a call saying they had lost my design, could I re-send it.
