Update on being charged £1.50 for a letter which was incredibly light, containing one page of A4 paper. The letter had a first class stamp on it. I had to pay them £1.50 before being able to have the letter. When I got home I phoned the post office query number and was told I should not have been charged for the letter because it did not have a valid reason and box ticked on a yellow sticker on it. So he said if I wished I could spend valuable time reclaiming my £1.50 by filling in a form and sending them a picture. Seriously!!! This is the post office for you and considering how long its taken to give money back that they have stolen from postmasters what do you reckon my chances are on getting my £1.50 back. They continuance of robbing and thieving never ends whatever the level or amount.

Sick of them lying about attempting delivery. I waited in all day and the postie obvs just decided they couldn’t be arsed and said they’d attempted delivery. A blatant lie.

It seems you've not updated the opening times. Can this be done immediately!!
