Really good service, installed my CCTV system at a good price and the workman was very friendly. Was very convenient in all arrangements would recommend.

This afternoon the lock on my flat jammed and my daughter had to smash it off with a hammer. As I am going on holiday I needed an urgent repair. I called Barry Bros from my office 15 minutes drive away and spoke to their locksmith (Colin) who said he'd come round. By the time I arrived back at the flat, he had not only arrived but repaired the lock. He only charged a normal call-out fee -- even though this was an emergency call on a Saturday. This kind of service is fantastic - well done!

Absolutely superb, handled the implementation of my security system very well indeed. Good value for money considering time spent and very friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Over the course of 15 months Barry Brothers attempted and failed to fit a new security system, it was an arduous process ending in failure to do the job. Having paid the 50% reuired for them to go ahead with the job. Eventually after much effort I recieved the moneys back in the form of a cheque - only the cheque bounced! I am now trying to get my money back and about to take barry brothers to the small claims court. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I appreciate that on rare occassions when an installation does not go according to plan it can be very frustrating for a customer but Barry Bros have never witheld a genuine refund request.
