I had some links taken out of a gift watch. I dropped off the watch on Sunday and picked it up the following Saturday because I couldn't collect it during the week. Both the staff member who served me first and the staff member who served me a week later were extremely friendly and helpful. I was also very impressed with the way they were handling a number of other customers in a busy shop. They have done a great job with my watch and have advised me to keep the slip as they will pop some links back in free of charge if the fit isn't right. Very pleasant to deal with and I will use them agai

I had a copy of my two keys done and later when arrived home, they didn't fit. The shape of the metal thy're cut from seems to be curved slightly different to the original.
Very inconvenient!

i looked at the reviews (on www.allinlondon.co.uk) before visiting and needing a key cut and a pair of shoes fittedv
with new heels, i wasnt sure if i should visit this store. Im glad to say i did today (30/04/2013). All 3 members of staff where friendly and helpful, i think there names were Mel, Darren and Danny. Ive never felt so welcome in a shop in my life

This is a awfully place to fix your shoes or boots, plus their charge are expensive and the service is REALLY POOR. They lost my stand for the long boots I brought in which you won't be able to buy them anywhere as they came with the boots I bought. Although I told the guy at the front desk to pay exact care. Still my boots came back without the stands ( my partner picked them up for me so he didn't know there suppose to have stands) I phone them up the next day and receive an irresponsibility answer said they don't know and they have to deal with loads of shoes and boots which they can't find the stands I was talking about.
Don't use this place. They are really awful.

I was quoted £10 for putting a battery in a clock and when I went back the next day I was charged £11.95. If you still feel moved to use this shop may I suggest you get an estimate in writing.
