Vans

Okay, i know that's ridiculous but I practically fell in love with one of your girl employees. I bought a pair of black vans, I was Undecided if buying all black or black and blu. She helped me and she told me that she had black and blue but If she could go back she would have bought the black ones. I bought the black ones ad she told me and now I'm wearing them everyday. Hoping to find out what her name was, I'm going crazy. And I recommend this shop in particular because everyone seemed nice, mi girl specially.

Rude staff members. Specifically asked for a top for a 3 year old... Bought one in good faith. Didn't fit. 2 days out of returns period which is apparently 14 days for this store I returned the item to be told I could only have a credit note by an equally rude manager! Not impressed

Very rude workers in shop not at all helpful will not be shopping at vans stores again

The customer service in this store was absolutely appaling! My boyfriend asked if they still stocked a particular item and the woman serving us laughed and just said 'No' and then started talking to her colleague who then said 'I like how you just laughed and said no' and they both were laughing and talking whilst we just stood there. Not helpful at all, finally tracked the product down online but not happy at ALL about this store!!!
