I used Streathers in Clapham for the sale of my property and also the purchase of another. Due to complications with my buyer and with the developer of my new house, both were very difficult processes. Nick was fast but thorough, always on the ball and lines of communication were always open! We finally got both the sale and purchase through when there were times both were in danger of collapse from the other side! They definitely looked out for my best interests.

Nick Taffs and the Clapham office of Streathers did a wonderful job of managing the sale and purchase process of our house. Nick was calm, efficient, always on top and ahead of any issues, and reacted with great speed when we needed it. I would highly recommend Nick and would be very happy to use Streathers again.
