I think that this tesco is very resonable for money. some prices do differ to other supermarkets but it is resonalble to the current climate. I think that the service is excellent. I am a frequent shopper and very pleased with the freindly atmosphere in the shop. The workers are very helpful.

This store opened recently after taking over the former Woolworths but it is just too expensive. For example 6 eggs will cost you over £1.50 whereas in Iceland you can get 12 eggs for just £1 and the same quality. The list is endless and nearby Somerfield and next door 99p store is much better value.
Tesco Express Forest Gate need to drastically reduce prices or make way for a discount store like Lidl so that local customers can benefit and not see their wallet empty from a basic shop.
