mechanism tore the leather. That was at end of June. Because they said they had to change the leather on the button of the closing mechanism, they said to come back after 2 weeks on 12 July for £18. I went back on the 12 July, they didn't know where my bag was but assumed it was not ready yet. They promised to call by close of business to let me know when it will be ready, which they didn't. At least, they called the next day to let me know when it will be ready. When I went to collect it, the leather of the closing mechanism was not changed and simply glued and they still wanted me to pay £18 as if they did the full repair. The lady at the desk was extremely rude. At the end we just paid £20 to get them of our backs as clearly they were not going to do anything else. I would not recommend or come back. I wish them good luck !
