Boney meat aside.
The customer service is appalling.
Tough face and an abrupt response when answering a polite query.
Management conveniently unavailable.
Never take good customers for granted it shows a lack of business acumen.
Thank goodness there are other Carribean takeaways near by where you are served with a smile.

Food is excellent, but the staff are cheeky. I bought jerk chicken wings - 6 small pieces for £6, I also wanted 1 piece of fried chicken wing, I was surprised that the cashier said £2 because she is now trying to make up for the free food, 3 to 4 large containers of stew chicken and rice and peas that she gave her man, who paid her £5, where she gave him back 10p change. I saw this with my own eyes where she tried to hide the money given because there are cameras.

I just called and asked to place an order that I would collect and was told they don't take orders over the phone for collection????? Why the hell not?????? Never heard such a stupid thing from a food shop. Think I will definately spend my money elsewhere in future.

I ordered from this restaurant using the just eat app and was told that the order would take an hour to be delivered. The order did not arrive at the expected time. I called the restaurant who were extremely unhelpful. 3 hours later and the order has still not arrived! I am disgusted at the poor level of service and shocked that they even had the cheek to mark the order as delivered on just eat when this was untrue. I have contacted just eat for a refund and will NEVER order from this restaurant again. They should not be allowed to advertise a service that they cannot for full. I have used just eat for over 2 years and have never encountered something like this.

I have been purchasing food from this takeaway for the last few years but sadly that will no longer be the case. During lunchtimes you will be lucky if there are two members of staff serving the food because obviously it is busier at this time. Usually there is just one woman serving, and you can end up waiting for 30 minutes to be served. Fast Caribbean food is a mission impossible, nice idea and concept.
On this said day I requested a dish and was told that it is being cooked at the moment so I ordered another dish, the person cooking the food heard my initial request and a few minutes later he smiled at me then filled the front cabinet with the chicken that I asked previously asked for, but by then I has already ordered another dish.
All he had to say was it will be ready in a few minutes, so I will now spend my hard earned cash elsewhere or wait until I return to South London in the evening. CF needs to become more business-like and acknowledge that the customers are paramo
