Booked a cab for 6 people 5 luggage and what they sent was unbelievable! You would be lucky to just fit the passengers in... told control office that we are outside Luton airport and the car they sent was way to small... bearing in mind they was aware of people and luggage., his reply “ what do you want me to do.” The driver spoke to the controller on the phone and then just drove of leaving us on the kerb with the kids... disgusting way to be treated...
Do not use this cab station..

The worst cab service EVER! I booked a cab at 10 past 4 for a very important hospital appointment they said they would be with me in 5 minutes 15 minutes later they still wasn’t here I phoned bk they said they had to send another driver and he would be there in 2 to 3 minutes 10 minutes later I phoned again as there was still no cab and I was due at my appointment I was basically crying and he had the cheek to say wait another 6 minutes. In the end I didn’t get any driver and I missed a hospital appointment that was so important. I will never use this cab service again.

tried to book a cab for the airport for the following day and was told to wait, while I could hear a football match being played on the radio in the background. I waited ages for the agent to come back to the phone, but he didn't. I phoned back and was told that no cars were available and the person I was speaking to hung up on me. I called back and the same voice said I had got the wrong number. I tried once again and again was told 'wrong number' when I clearly had the right number!
what a shoddy service, I am sorry if I interrupted a very important football match. Thank you Ambassador cars, I know I won't bother with you again!!!

I was on the phone to someone works here to arrange transport, the person I spoke to was so rude and did not even help me. I am not even going to use them.
