Express Mini Car Service

As a regular customer, I was very upset at how I was treated this morning. I had a very rude driver & the man on the phone was extremely rude. My train was delayed so I decided to call a cab from express cars to take me to work. My two children were with me, so I asked the driver if I could let the kids out of the car at the bottom of a road we were going down anyway to get to there school - so there was no extension to my journey. When we arrived at my destination the driver was extremely rude and aggressive to me as he was trying to charge me more money for the journey because my kids got out of the car at a set of traffic lights. When I phoned the cab office the man was extremely rude to me. Will never use this service again.

This cab service will overcharge you at any given opportunity and the man in the office should take some lessons in customer service he was incredibly rude. Do not give these people your money!
