I used this travel company when i could not not book directly with BA as there online booking was not working. I dealt with Hemi at Capricorn as found her to be both informed and very helpful in both booking my flights and helping fill in the various forms that now have to be done. Also got a mid holiday email from Hemi making sure we were aware of the various form for the flight back home. 5 star rating for this very helpful and knowledgeable company.
