Thoroughly satisfied with Indra Travel's service! From the moment we entered the agency on 791 Romford Road they were extremely helpful! We weren't entirely sure where we wanted to go but had our budget and dates set out for our holiday. We were presented with a range of options and budgets for our student holiday and found that the prices were extremely good! Definately would recommend booking with Indra Travel and have already booked the next one! Barcelona here we come!

I started this week by searching for tickets to India and called a few of the best travel agents in and around London. But they were just not able to answer my queries. A few of them were even too busy to listen to their customers.

Then I came across an advert by Indra Travel and decided to give them, a call. At that time, I had no intention of actually buying a ticket. In my very first call to them, I was impressed by the way I was treated. The Travel Consultant answered all my questions politely and offered to help me anytime. Even though I had 3 quotes from different travel agents that were less than their's. I finally booked my tickets with Indra Travel, just because of their excellent customer service.
Good customer service is all about sending customers happy and then bringing them back!
I will definately be booking with Indra Travel again.

I am a student and booked a city break to Spain over Easter. I found the prices to be very good, as I shopped around a bit before actually booking, and Indra Travel was by far the cheapest. Staff were very helpful in helping me book flights and the hotels for a big group, and I will definitely book with them again in the future!!
