Service needs to improve, does not offer what was requested and staff unfriendly.Blow dry at 35.00 was exactly the same look as when I came in through the rain, with. I asked for volume and light curls. I got flat and a curl at end of full length, not layers.

No heat protection, no towel drying of hair or comb through. No overall just towel so wet water dripped down topand roots on underside still wet. Blow dried soaking wet asking for heat protection was given a response it will fry it more and confused me. Was told my hair is too long for volume, I do it at home every day with more volum

I paid £65 for a full leg, bikini and underarm wax. This was possibly the most painful wax I have ever received. The beautician was careless and the receptionist unfriendly. Furthermore I came home and had wax remainings all over my legs. Overall I was extremely unhappy with the service here and I will not return.

I been to the st James hair and beauty so many time to do my nails and wax . The lady who does my nails and wax was really good . I like it very much . I will come back again ,see you soon :)

I have been to this Salon on 4 occasions. I went originally on a KGB voucher. I was so pleased that altho' I am a pensioner I have been back 3 times and each time have come away very happy with my cut and colour. I am always given a warm welcome by all the friendly staff. Janeth is the name of the stylist I like to have. She is a really lovely person and extremely clever with hair and colour. I have no hesitation in recommending her

I know from the reviews that service was terrible. I spoke to the manager - she was so rude. I work in customer services and if any of our employees spoke to customers like her, they would be fired. Shocking, I booked a massage for a friend who lost her mother - I tried to book a week before and I got not reply, I called and again was told I would get an email. As I had not had a response, I sent a further e mail from my work and they replied only to that one and not to my original e mail, resulting in the fact that the appointment was missed. They have to try and improve service.

When I fist went to the salon I was very nervous because of awful previous experiences as a voucher consumer.
But the girl was really nice and took the time to explain to me about the service and put me at ease.
I feel sorry for those clients that arrive late and expect to be seen immediately or they make fuzz instead of apologising and create a bad atmosphere.
I saw a similar situation in another place too.. too bad
