Overpriced for a dry trim on shoulder length hair (£28). Terrible customer service from girl at desk. Avoid.

I disagree with the earlier comment. I have been a customer for more than 10 years - it was called le salon before anyhow it is very good salon I never have been disappointed. Over the years I had permanent perms, colouring, nourishing treatment and styling - it's good.

Asked for layers. The lady destroyed my hair completely. Gave me one layer which is mid way on mu long length of hair and looks so wrong. Side fringe is wrong, went to another salon they said they can't fix it till it grows longer. It's completely messed :( my hair takes so long to grow. Never going back!!
