Also had my hair done by Francisco. I first came to this hairdresser by complete chance and they did a fab job of a blow dry and as I had very little time Elsa helped out so I had two people blow drying my hair at the same time just so I could leave on time. I went back again for another blow dry a week later and again the service was great- extremely friendly and the result was perfect. The team had recommended a Brazilian blow dry and although I was dubious I tried it out. I booked in last week and Francisco did my hair and as he had advised the Brazilian blow dry was perfect. This is the BEST hairdresser I have encountered (I have been to a lot), - everyone who works there is more than pleasant, you will be delighted with your hair, and you leave feeling a million dollars. Thank you Francisco- I've now got hot hair and our chat was unique!

Have just had my hair cut by the lovely Francesco. Fantastic shampoo (head massage to die for) and Francesco did such an amazing job with the blow dry that it looked good for days. If you're looking for a hair stylist in London, I couldn't recommend him highly enough! A very relaxed place. I'm feeling all pampered : ) xx

Right, as a girlie girl I'm so into my hair and I'm extremely fussy so you can imagine what a nightmare client I am, specially having curly hair.
Got to headquarterz through allinlondon.co.uk and frankly had the best experience ever. Marcio did my hair and OMG it was amazing, never had someone with so much attention to detail.
Now... reading past reviews I get quiet surprised someone actually had a bad experience with this guys. As far as I'm concerned I recommend them anytime and maybe whoever wrote the bad review was having a bad day in general...

One of those spur of the moment decisions that I will be regretting for the next few years as my hair grows slowly. If you have curly hair, Marcio is not the hairdresser for you, I walked in with my mid back length hair which was all the same length, what I requested was long layers, no loss of length and some shaping around the front, lulled in a false sense of security with "I have curly hair too and lots of hairdressers don't know how to cut it" I've ended up with significantly shorter hair,uneven layers and quite frankly a head of hair that looks as it's just been chopped at.

I haven't cried over a haircut since I was 15, 20+ years later I really didn't expect to do so again. Returning the next day, Marcio offered to try and resolve it, but as I'm sure anybody will understand I have NO intention of letting him near me with a pair of scissors ever. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Douglas and the team are excellent. I'm picky about where I have my haircut but headquartez is excellent in what they do. They always provide an excellent, well priced service and are really good welcoming and good fun. Importantly they listen to what you want and offer really good advice. I think they are a really professional outfit and are great at providing smart and professional looking cuts for young guys. They are better than a number of the big, overpriced players on the highstreet.

I can be quite picky when it comes to hairdressers. Douglas and the team are very welcoming. It was my first time there. Prices are reasonable, no rushing to kick you out the door. A little gem in clapham.

Best kept secret in this part of London. Douglas and his team are proffesional, friendly and will leave your hair looking great (at affordable prices)! I spoiled myself with the keratin treatment and have never received so many compliments!

I would recommend this salon to everyone. The owners/stylists are the nicest people I have come accross in London and my hair cut was exactly what I wanted and more. They dont rip you off either which makes a change for a hairdresser in London. Great experience from start to finish!

I loved my experience with Marcio. Perhaps not a place to go if you want a haircut in a hurry, but DO go if you want service, style and someone who really cares about your hair. I felt safe in his hands, and the best conversation ever in a hairdresser! Thank you Marcio

I was looking for hairdressers in Clapham on the internet and came across Headquarterz so decide to give it a go.
Staff were very friendly and attentive, the stylist that did my hair was so good, really listened to what I asked doing a great job, left well happy.
Definitely going back for another great do. Thanks guys really loved it!
