Just came out of rush Clapham junction loving my Hair and impresed with service would reconmend !!

Had a amazing experience in rush clapham junction yesterday i had a big colour change that i was worried about, but they made me feel very comfortable with what they were going to achive with the look i wanted. everyone was very friendly and has a very nice atmosphere in the salon i will be back soon

This was the first time to a rush salon and I was amazed ,the service was amazing not only with my hair and how the stylist made me feel very comfortable in what she was going to do.the atmosphere in the salon was amazing and I'm looking forward to my next appoiment that That I Have already booked ! 5 stars from me ;)

I had my hair done last week and I could not ask for anything more I am not a fan of the hairdressers, but as soon as I walked in the door I was taken back and made to feel welcome , I had a long consultation with my stylist and didn't have to question what she was doing she just understood what I wanted and was very clear before she stared that we both agreed on the same thing I had a lovely shampoo, and now rebooked to save a discount on my next visit

Just came out of rush in clapham junction feeling really upset. Very rude hairdresser that constantly told me what bad condition my hair was in, screwing his face up as he touched it, quizzed me about 3 times about the products I used, tried to pressure me into an expensive treatment and was really unfriendly. Didn't listen to what I wanted. I wanted to go darker, yet came out more blonde with horrific stripey highlights. Since leaving 3 hrs ago I've already gone to another salon and had my hair fixed, as I felt to intimidated to go back to rush to say I was unhappy.

The staff at this Clapham location are rude and take their frustrations out on the customer. They do not appear to take kindly to complaints. They are only concerned about the money. AVOID THIS SALON.

I think a major way this salon could improve would be to reduce the amount of clients they are trying to cram in on one day. I am aware that obviously weekends will be highly sought after but by squeezing in appointments, it massively affects the quality of every appointment and personally when I am spending that much money I don't want to feel stressed out and as if they are trying to get me in and out of the door as fast as possible. It wasn't an enjoyable experience and the stylist kept giving conflicting responses to her advice earlier in the appointment which made me very uncomfortable.

I had my hair cut, coloured and blow dried by Sophie and it was brilliant. She was efficient and friendly but also very professsional. She managed to smooth out my wild bushy hair magnificently. Would go back in a flash.

Last minute app available best hair cut ive had in years!!! Had lauren as my stylist she was fast without rushing and very professional.... more than I would usually pay but completely worth it.

love my new look

Excellent blow dry for a friends wedding. Will be back soon,

This place is really a joke.
It would be nice if the employees of this salon took pride in what they do.
The worst experience i have ever had at a salon.
Badly cut, uneven hair and they really dont care about what you think! The stylist cutting my hair even went off to speak to a guy that came to drop her computer off after fixing it. Once she had sorted that she came back hack some more.
Customer service is a foreign word.

Advised my partner about not going to this salon but he didnt listen! He went last week friday for a cut and his hair looked terrible.
He called Rush Earls court yesterday, they agreed to give him a consultation.
When he sat in the chair the stylist was horrified, his hair was uneven, badly styled and difficult to rectify.
The stylist even asked him why he had a whole in his hair!!
Thankfully Rush earls court were fantastic made his hair look passible and told him to come back in 6 weeks so they can fix it.
Such a shame that clapham isnt as good as its a nice salon, and holds a good name.

I left this salon crying. The worst experience I have had in over 10 years. I booked a senior for highlights on the phone and was given a junior without my knowledge. The highlights looked dull, monotone and bottle like with a hint of ginger. The worst I have had in years. They were also not very helpful at trying to fix the problem so I ended up ringing an old hairdresser and begging for an emergency appointment.
