I'm the least competitive person ever. I always lose for lack of trying. But I'm also not naive.

But these guys aren't coming back to use the forum, they're compers. Unless there's more competitions and inventive they won't be using the forum. Similar to how loads of people have dropped off the radar since last year. Like Daisy. Shoughmie and that draw for those who made 50(?) posts a month to win something was what kept her using the forum. Even the Friday Four has gone.

Mm, I suppose you're right. But I don't think AIL do it deliberately. They were pretty good (or pretty bad) jokes. And A.Hammond was amongst the winners. Also, AIL did reward its lifelong contributers not that long ago :)

I see where you're coming from but I can't really say much because I was a winner. (Thanks again AIL!)

It's true we probably won't hear from most of the people that entered again but that will happen whatever comp AIL provide us. It was a good idea last year where it was just the top 10 posters of the year. But it's been quite quiet on here this year so maybe that wasn't a good idea this time.

I liked this comp though. I love amazingly bad jokes :)
