I can highly recommend loquax & mse for comps.

I would say though to enter for things you need or want.
Don't enter for a Cliff Richard CD if you don't like him or don't know of anyone who'd love that as a pressie.
Winning something you don't need or want isn't exciting.
I'm sure people do enter for everything but i personally think its pointless.

I rarely enter for CDs unless i know my mum or mother in law would like them.

Good luck with your comping, hope you get a win soon.

Seconded. I only enter holiday comps where I can take the family, trips for two aren't feasible as we cant leave the boys, although I did take my 8 year old on the skiing trip and left the wife at home!

I don't enter for theatre comps, not interested in watching those kinds of shows, same with comps for makeovers, spa breaks or weekend breaks.

Its much more fun to get that parcel, winning letter or phone call & really want it. Not much fun opening a parcel to see a CD of Mr Blobbys greatest hits :smug: that will sit in your draw & gather dust.
