The customer service here is brilliant! The two brothers and the family run business are friendly, informative and accommodate all types of vehicles! Papi did my mot and offered his knowledge and insight into the exact issues and was always trying to get the cheapest quotes possible. Can highly recommend and will return often!

I have taken my vehicle for a clutch repair -
the repair took longer than initially expected and the price for the job kept soaring as the weeks went by.
After picking it up I have realized that the paintwork on the vehicle was badly damaged due to carelessness of the garage when disassembling the vehicle bonnet and front grille.
Moreover the gear was fitted without connecting the overdrive!! very shoddy work.
Challenged the owned has simply blanked and decided not to reply to any of the pictures I had to send in regards to the damage he has caused to my vehicle.
Not what you would ones would expect after paying 1.5k in repairs!
I would not recommend this garage to anyone - and zero star is the only review I could possibly give to such a poor service.

I have been using the services of Hi Tech Motors for some years now-possibly a decade. I have to say that the care, personal touch and attention I receive from Jay and his lovely family is second to none. I cannot recommend this garage enough for their willingness to help with anything, however seemingly small, to very serious issues. The amount of expertise from Jay and his colleagues fills me with confidence and surety. On more occasions than I can mention here, Jay and colleagues have gone out of their way to help me with my car issues, underpinned by a real sense of warmth and friendliness.

My daughter went for an MOT hear and left in tears needlessly.
The MOT failed and she was led to believe that she had a serious problem with her car and that it would cost about £680.00 to repair three things.
1) anti-roll bar ball joint dust cover
2) drive shaft joint
3) shock absorbers had a serious fluid leak

In fact there was nothing wrong with the shock absorbers.
it's disgusting to think that that they could try and scare
a young innocent lady in this way.

I wanted my winter tyres swapped for a set of summer tyres and also I wanted tracking done.

On the phone friendly, but could not or did not want to give a rough quote.

I was told it would take tops 45 mins instead it was well over 90 mins.
Didn't get an invoice for my £85, nor a printout of the tracking, so the y could have been doing nothing.

I love these guys. They are fast, clever and efficient. And what's more, if you are a woman, they don't patronise you. This is almost unheard of elsewhere.
They did a great job on the bodywork for my van and always available at short notice for emissions tests.

Overall a bad experience. I went with problem with my air conditioning, they told me I need to replace the whole pump and this could be significant cost, but they have to fully diagnosis the problem. They called me to tell me they could repair it without replacing the unit, I was thrilled! Took the car away, repaired, I thought. A week later it is not working, I take it back to them and they tell me I do actually need to replace the whole unit. They would need admit fault in diagnosis and I had spent £300 on a needless repair! Cowboys

Excellent. They always have a solution. And are very quick. I've taken many cars there. They never have a problem fixing any one of them. I'll always use them.

I had a bad experience in this place, very unprofessional, far too expensive and wouldn't recommend this place at all.

i went to hi tech for my cars mot and while was there i found out that they also do mots for motor bikes and minor repairs which is really good as my sons travels out of the area for his bike repairs. nice people nice atmosphire.
