Murger Han Han

The sister to London's first Xi'an restaurant, visit Murger Han for it's famous biang-biang noodles which are hand-pulled up to 12-feet long and it's namesake Murger, the world's oldest form of sandwich: a flat pan-baked bread filled with slowed-cooked spiced pulled pork.
