Jinjuu is the first London restaurant of American-born Judy Joo who previously worked at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and has appeared on American cookery programs with her TV debut in the UK set for this year.
Jinjuu is a canteen-like affair in the heart of Soho given over to Judy Joo's Korean heritage. The ground floor’s menu focuses on small dishes based on “anju”, which is food that you eat when you drink. Plates such as their signature and addictive Korean fried chicken, bulgogi style burgers, and traditional savory dumplings will take center stage, along side creative soju cocktails and beer.
Downstairs showcases more of a full dining experience with large sharing platters and, of course, the much loved and famed Korean barbecue.
