I just came back from Zakudia for lunch with 6 of my work colleagues (totalling 7 diners). Or rather, I should say only 5 of us had lunch. 1 of us ordered the curry special and 6 of us ordered the burger special. The curry came out pretty quickly and was finished by the time the burgers came - but only 4 of the burgers were served. The remaining two were kept waiting and in the end just left as the rest of us had finished eating and we had been there over an hour already. We did not receive an apology - when we asked for the bill, the manager ccame to clarify what we actually did eat and simply stated "that's fair enough". And to add insult to injury, they then added a 12.5% service char
