It's a cheese-lover's greatest fantasy: a buffet of cheese plates spinning round a conveyor belt for you to help yourself to, as many times as you like. From the same people as The Cheese Bar, who already have a restaurant in Camden and a barge on the Regent's Canal, this is their latest concept, which true to form focuses on British cheeses. Each plate features one cheese paired with a complementary side, which could be nuts, a preserve, or more adventurous pairings like Caerphilly with charred leeks.
Sittings are timed at an hour a half and you're even given a pencil to tick off the selections you've tried and make a note of favourites to return to. Get set, pick cheese, go!
