Where: Gillian Jason Gallery
This new gallery opened at the end of 2021 to promote the work of female and non-binary artists, particularly those hailing from non-western backgrounds, with the aim of challenging the traditionally white male-dominated art scene.
The gallery's namesake Gillian Jason was a pioneer of the British modern art scene, and she first opened her eponymous gallery in Camden in 1982. Today her daughter and granddaughter are continuing her legacy with this venue on Great Titchfield Street.
