Where: Beluga, 147-149 Notting Hill Gate
With cutlery by Versace, wallpaper by Roberto Cavalli, and Swarowski crystal chandeliers, we'd bet serious money this would be Cleopatra's choice of eatery. Beluga, a Persian restaurant set to open in the heart of Notting Hill, is billed to offer a lavish version of traditional Iranian cuisine, and we're guessing this will include some fine caviar given its name. Set over two storeys, it will have two private dining rooms as well as a cocktail bar.
