This Christmas at SUSHISAMBA there is a festive tasting menu created by Executive Chef Claudio Cardoso on December 24th and 25th from £85. Highlights include Brazilian beef fillet, feijoada, farofa, aji panca, and purple potato chips; Moriawase sushi with salmon nigiri and foie gras; and Rabanada with roasted pineapple, rum raisins, spiced holly tree chili chocolate mousse, and cranberry pain d’epice sorbet. A vegetarian tasting menu is also available at £70.
