Ricola Urban Herb Garden

In a bid to alert consumers to the benefit of natural herbs, Ricola, the sugar free, Swiss, herbal sweet brand, are launching an Urban Herb Garden project which will be unveiled at London’s Potters Fields Park from Tuesday 2nd May.

The brand’s own consumer research has revealed that Green-fingered Londoners are beating the rest of the UK when it comes to growing their own food despite being the least likely to have a garden. As the country gear up to National Herb Day on Saturday 6th May, Ricola will be celebrating all things herbs and displaying their own unique blend of herbs with an urban herb garden displayed at Potters Field, Tower Bridge, London from Tuesday 2nd – Thursday 4th May 2017.

Gardening expert and television presenter Charlie Dimmock* will be on hand to reveal how to make the most of an urban garden, backed by the findings of Ricola’s ‘garden state’ research. She will give tips and advice on how to make the most of small spaces and how herbs can be a great introduction into gardening.

An abundant display of the 13 herbs incorporated into the Ricola blend will be on show at the popular London Park, allowing passers-by to peruse the garden display and learn more about the herbs, which include Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, Burnet, Horehound, Peppermint, Mallow, Marshmallow, Cowslip, Elderflower, Lady’s Mantle, Yarrow and Plantain. Visitors to the garden will also be invited to sample the full Ricola sugar-free range over the course of the 3 day event.
