New Zealand baritone Kieran Rayner studies at the Royal College of Music International Opera as the Kiri Te Kanawa Scholar.
Kieran’s roles have included Gustavo in Faramondo, Eisenstein in Die Fledermaus, Vicar Gedge in Albert Herring, Forester in The Cunning Little Vixen, Figaro in The Barber of Seville, Blacksmith in The Glass Knight, and Guglielmo in Così Fan Tutte.
Concert highlights include Vaughan Williams’ Serenade to Music at Buckingham Palace, Stravinsky’s Pulcinella with Vladimir Jurowsky at Barber Dover Beach, and Gounod’s St Cecilia Mass, performed in New Caledonia.
