re:Vault's 'The Film Den' Short Film Night

A night of short films, presentations and discussions from filmmakers about their next big project...focusing on films that get completed through the power of crowd-funding!

Re:Vault's aim is to assist in promoting filmmakers new projects and bring them to a wider audience by providing a physical platform for crowdfunding as well as the much needed online platform.

If you're trying to fund your next film by means of crowdfunding then Re:Vault want to help spread the word.

Their mission statement is to:

A collection of short films with a common theme we can all relate to followed by QandAs with the filmmakers

'Passengers'
Writer / director - Isla Ure
Two people get on the same packed bus everyday...yet find themselves totally alone. Both long to fill the void they have suffered but how easy is it to connect with another human after so long in solitude.
A charming story of giving in to a moment in time.

'Heartbreak'
Writer / director - Lily Smith
Based on the true story of the last time the Writer/Director was dumped, this is a funny and hopefully moving account of heartbreak, pride, dissolving relationships and classic disco music.

'First Bite'
Writer / director - Louise Marie Cooke
A coming of age story; a 15 year old girl lusts after a mysterious teenage boy. Then they meet and she is sexually awakened.
