In the back seat of a car an unassuming conversation takes dark and vicious root in the psyche of Laura Jane Dean.

This complex portrait of mental distress journeys between interior dystopia and cool normality, questioning what we tell ourselves about the world and exploring the things we need to stay sane. Drawing on her experiences of living with obsessive compulsive disorder, this intimate solo show explores the truths we tell, the fears we cling to and what happens when we reveal our darkest thoughts.
